Engineering and design competitions forged my urge to create. After being introduced to software engineering, my urge became satisfied through my code. I was able to design, prototype, and create a project on a whim. Software Development was clearly the perfect fit for me.
With a passion for mathematics ever since I was 5 years old, I strive to advance far in understanding abstract principles of Mathematics such as Linear Algebra and Numerical Analysis. I apply these advanced principles in my way of thinking, as well as in software development.
To find a place to grow as a software engineer, and as a person. I wish to take on new responsibilities, and push myself to the limits of learning, managing, thinking, and developing software. I would also like to volunteer time to my school ditrict back home, developing websites and various web applications.
I plan to have myself planted firmly within a company in a place where I can both develop software in a team, as well as manage a team. My past experiences have prepared me for this step, and I look forward to the challenges, as well as the Epiphanies overcoming the challenges bring.
Created a personal website for myself in order to learn tools necessary for web development: Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. This is now used as a template/model for other students that would like to begin learning the essential tools of web development.
Created a central hub for organizers, participants, vendors and interested parties to gather and learn about Potsdam Bearcon. I created this platform for an organization responsible for a 400+ person convention every year.
Created and designed a website to showcase my client's professional achievements. Used HTML/CSS/JS and Bootstrap in order to give my client the modernized design that was asked for. Created features as per the request of my client. (In Progress) Version Control: Git
